New magnetic formwork solution for prestressed concrete elements: We recently developed a transversal shuttering for the production of prestressed solid elements in fix production beds. The shuttering is based on our SAS Standard Automatic Shuttering and consists of a base part with integrated high-performance magnets and pre-formed slots for the tensioned wire along the top of the base. After the positioning of the wires, the upper part of the formwork is screwed onto the magnetically fixed base part. In this case, the solution was developed at the customer's request. Both parts have gripping knobs for pick-up by a traverse, the base formwork can also be placed by robot. The solution saves time for the customer due to faster placement and removal of the formwork and also contributes to a reduction of plywood in production. Battery system for sandwich partition walls installed in the Philippines 😃 Have you wondered what exciting projects we realised in 2023 🔎? Among other things, we installed a new battery system with ten pockets for the production of internal partition walls. Our project took place at our customer in the Philippines. They use it to produce 2.72 metre long and approx. 60 cm high partition elements for use in skeleton construction 👏. Sounds exciting?
